For those Instructors who wish to be a part of Edie's "Salsa FREAK Squad" of Master Instructors who will be assigned to teach Instructor Training and Business Development Courses around the world, the requirements are:

• Attend a Regular full weekend Salsa Bootcamp:
  • ... This includes an 8-hour Beginners Bootcamp, 8-hour Musicality Bootcamp, an 8-hour Ladies Styling Bootcamp. 
• You must currently be, or have taught Salsa full time and ran a dance studio for at least six years. 
• You must have competed in major Salsa competitions. 
• You must have performed at international Salsa Congresses.
• Complete DBM^™ Training,
• You must be an avid reader / listener of Motivational and Sales Training gurus such as Anthony Robins, Brian Tracy, Norman Vincent Peale, Charles Haan, Napolean Hill. 
• Be personally tested and Certified by Edie, The Salsa FREAK
• Have a valid and current Passport

Certain exceptions will be made based on the individual's level of expertise, experience, and reputation in the industry worldwide.
